The sitting room adjacent to the living room is outstanding for enjoying a good book.

There is no central A/C, and the basement stays cool all year round.
But to make it comfortable during those hot months in the summer, we have installed a window A/C unit in each upstairs bedroom.
There are also 2 mobile A/C units on the main floor.

3 King Beds, 4 Queen Beds, 4 Full Beds, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Queen, and 1 Full Air Mattress / The sofa in the theatre with doors for privacy is also good for sleeping.

High-quality linens, luxury bath towels plus a starter set of Terra Pure organic soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. Laundry soap is provided to get you started.

Each bathroom comes with 3 full rolls of toilet paper and 3 full rolls of paper towels are provided. We always provide enough dish soap and trash bags are available for your stay.

There are two dishwashers in the home.
The bar boasts a Kegerator if you are so inclined to use it.

There are 2 parking spots available in the garage.
There is additional parking throughout the long driveway to fit another 3 vehicles easily.

There is street parking, but it is tight and not recommended overnight.

PROTECTION – With mattress encasements, pillow protectors, hypoallergenic bedding options and COVID cleanliness standards, we go the extra mile in every home.

AMMENITIES – Arrive to Starbucks coffee, a phenomenally outfitted kitchen that includes coffee bar, mixology bar, cups, etc. Along with the necessities, like Insta-Pot and blender.

CLEAN – Our housekeepers are fantastic. But we never leave anything to chance, so our managers check the home before you arrive to ensure all the details were handled.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

– Early check-in or late check-out can be at an extra fee depending on availability.
– You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
– A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in.

House Rules:

— No loud music
— No outside music equipment is allowed at the home
— Quiet hours start at 9PM to 8AM
— No more than 4 vehicles allowed at the property
— No outside guest allowed, everyone must be staying at the home if they are there
— Clean up after yourself / your pets and your family is required
— If police are called for ANY reason, you can be asked to leave immediately without refund
— No going on the golf course, it is a private course and guests are not allowed
— No access to the community center, it is for private membership only.
— For Golfing nearby, please check-out Kings Golf Course
— All guests at the home must be included in the total guest count
— Smoking in the home (of any kind) can result in $1,500 fines and being blacklisted
— The speed limit in the neighborhood is 20 miles per hour / please be respectful

Other things to note:
Rest easy with ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE.
Your reservation is covered for up to $5,000 in accidental damages. Let’s face it… kids make messes and accidents happen. So rather than having you provide an extra deposit, we ensure you are covered with up to $5,000 in coverage for a flat fee of $129. You will see this amount added to the reservation.

Thank you for following our house rules:
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.
Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. I will ask violators to leave without refund.
No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 21 people are allowed in the house.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
