This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is new to our rental program and is located in the lower half of Tahoe Donner, only 10 minutes from downtown Truckee and Donner Lake, and 20 minutes to all major ski resorts and north Lake Tahoe. Enter the home through the front door and mud room into the main living space. The great room area offers two sitting areas; one centered around the gas fireplace and another around the flat screen TV with a DVD player and streaming device. Other highlights include updated hardwood floors, a remodeled kitchen and dining for 6. A back door from the dining space leads to a large a sunny deck, equipped with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.
